? **House Manager | Luxury Global Real Estate | Sandton, Gauteng** Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and highly organised **House Manager** to join a prestigious **luxury global real estate brand** in Sandton. ? **Location:** Sandton, Gauteng ? **Property Type:** Luxury Global Real Estate ? **Salary:** R15,500 per month ### Key Responsibilities * Oversee the smooth day-to-day running and management of the household.

* Ensure the property is maintained to an exceptionally high standard. * Coordinate household staff and oversee daily duties and schedules. * Manage household routines, appointments and general requirements. * Liaise with service providers, suppliers and contractors as required. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation. * Assist with household purchasing, stock control and inventory management.

* Handle household-related administration and record-keeping. * Ensure guests and principals receive a professional and seamless service. * Anticipate household requirements and address issues promptly and efficiently. ### Requirements * Previous experience as a House Manager, Butler, Estate Manager or in a similar private household role. * Experience within a luxury residential or high-end hospitality environment would be advantageous.
