We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Qualified Electrician to join our Repairs & Maintenance Team conducting repairs in tenanted and empty properties within the Operations Directorate. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to work within our customer's homes for the completion of repair and maintenance works. You will possess the appropriate City and Guilds, or equivalent qualification, combined with Knowledge of general building and construction.

You will require a friendly and positive outlook, along with experience of dealing with the public and a full valid driving licence.
