We currently have a position for a HR Administrator based out of our Heathrow Depot.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with the day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions Support and refine recruitment processes, working with managers and our Talent Team to support onboarding and induction for new hires Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, primarily through empathetic, people-led change management, transparent development frameworks and appraisals. Act as people platform super-user, championing data hygiene and compliance throughout our people platforms / HRIS (SuccessFactors) and other company records.
Support leaders to drive engagement, culture and consistency across the organisation. Develop robust employee communication channels. Maintain, iterate and drive clear, compliant and modern people policies and procedures. Build positive and effective professional relationships with stakeholders. The Ideal Person: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels, in person, by phone and in writing.
High emotional intelligence, ability to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information. Detail-oriented, accurate and insightful Flexible, data-informed mindset Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills Ability to work well as part of a team and motivated to work independently SAP Successfactors experience is highly desirable Experience: 1-2 years of progressive experience in HR or People Operations.
Proven experience working in HR or People Operations, mid-sized organisations (200–500 employees) and/or a scaling corporate environment is highly advantageous. Education & Certifications: A degree in HR or Business is welcome, or equivalent practical experience. CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is highly desirable. Salary: £32,000
