You must come from a Manufacturing backround due to unions. Salary Market related Min Requirements and Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 4 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role within a manufacturing industry. · Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. · Experience with HRIS and other HR software is a plus. Strategic Partnership - Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Employee Relations - Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate programs. HR Policy and Compliance - Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated effectively. Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
