HR Coordinator

Responsibilities Own end-to-end screening and recruiting for high-volume roles Manage employee onboarding process end-to-end Process weekly/semi-monthly payroll for non-exempt employees Review and reconcile employee timesheets for accuracy Partner with Head of HR to run L&D coursework and training initiatives Serve as HR/business liaison for Client Onsite Associates Requirements 2-4+ years of HR, recruiting, or people operations experience Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Professional maturity and discretion in handling sensitive matters Comfort working with a high-volume, hourly/non-exempt workforce Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with HRIS platforms like BambooHR Familiarity with payroll and PEO systems like Sequoia or PrismHR Knowledge of HR-related tax and compliance matters Experience supporting a distributed or multi-site hourly workforce Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS) About the Company Sharebite is the leading food ordering platform built for companies to feed their employees while helping to combat food insecurity in local communities through meal donations.
