Job description This role gives you the opportunity to - Advance an organisation-wide People & Culture agenda with real momentum behind it. Influence at the highest level and act as a trusted partner to senior leaders. Lead a talented and professionally diverse HR team through the next stage of transformation and delivery. Embed modern, inclusive and digitally enabled ways of working ensuring our systems are ready to support out future ambitions to deliver.
Shape the colleague experience and ensure we have the capabilities and capacity to deliver on housing acceleration. Continue to accelerate development of leadership capability across the breadth and depth of the agency in line. Person specification You will be an FCIPD-qualified leader with significant senior HR experience, a record of delivering complex organisational change and the credibility to inspire confidence across a demanding stakeholder landscape.
