HR Generalist with Payroll Responsibilities

Job Description HR Generalist & Payroll (80–100%) Our client – a significant service company in the healthcare sector in the Biel-Seeland region – is looking to strengthen their HR team. Job title: HR Generalist & Payroll Workload: 80–100% Workplace: Biel region (bilingual environment) Start: Immediately or by arrangement Your main tasks Independent handling of monthly payroll processing and payroll accounting for subsidiaries Execution of monthly and annual financial statements as well as interface management with financial accounting Management of the entire social insurance system (illness, accident, EO, maternity/paternity, changes) Operational support of employees and managers throughout the entire employee life cycle Responsibility for complete personnel administration (contracts, references, permits) Close exchange and collaboration with the P&C Business Partner Qualifications What you bring Commercial basic training with further education as an HR specialist (federal diploma) or equivalent Several years of professional experience in personnel administration, payroll and social insurance Solid expertise in payroll processing and good numerical/accounting understanding Confident use of MS Office, Abacus knowledge is an advantage Very good German or French skills with good knowledge of the other language Independent, structured working style with a strong service orientation and networking competence What is offered to you Exciting mix of payroll specialist role and HR generalism Modern, dynamic and collegial team environment Attractive employment conditions (GAV) and flexible working models to balance work and private life Targeted training opportunities and personal development prospects Numerous benefits, Reka checks, health offers and shopping discounts Have we piqued your interest?
