You feel at home in the gastronomy world and know the L-GAV You bring 5 years of professional experience in all operational HR processes along the employee lifecycle as well as sound knowledge in payroll, social security, labour law and time management You have experience in further developing processes, structures and HR systems and enthusiastically drive change forward You think entrepreneurially, combine strategic foresight with a pragmatic hands-on mentality and successfully bring topics to completion You enjoy supporting people and assisting executives as a trusted sparring partner You are an empathetic and assertive personality with a high degree of initiative and sense of responsibility What are my benefits?
