The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, including barred list information, as this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Safeguarding training is mandatory for all employees and will form part of your induction and ongoing CPD. South Staffordshire College is seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Learner Services Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the Learner Services HUB at our Cannock campus, with occasional cover at the Rodbaston campus as required.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an excellent front-of-house service and providing high-quality support to learners, staff and visitors. As part of this role, you will be required to cover up to two late shifts per week. These shifts will involve working your usual contracted daily hours, with a later start and finish time to ensure HUB services remain available during extended opening hours.

Please note if business need arises you may be asked to cover at our other campus sites (Lichfield, Tamworth or Torc) The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment and possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential, along with Level 2 literacy and numeracy qualifications. Experience in general administration within a Further Education setting would be beneficial.
