We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Human Resource Manager Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities Recruitment and Staffing: Partner with department heads to define job roles, post listings, screen candidates, and coordinate hiring.

Employee Relations: Mediate workplace conflicts, handle grievances, and foster a healthy company culture. Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll, salary benchmarking, and employee benefits programs. Training and Development: Plan and oversee programs that build employee skills and prepare staff for advancement. Compliance and Safety: Ensure the company follows labor laws, equal employment opportunity rules, and health and safety standards.

Performance Management: Monitor productivity, manage appraisals, and guide corrective or disciplinary actions. Requirements Candidates should possess an HND / Master's Degree / BSc with 6 - 15 working experience. Salary N500,000 - N800,000 per month. Application Closing Date 31st October, 2026.
