HR Manager – International Law Firm – London An established international law firm is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders and providing high-quality HR support within a professional services environment. You will provide guidance across a broad range of employee relations and people matters while helping managers navigate performance, development, organisational change and day-to-day HR issues.
We are particularly interested in candidates with: Previous HR management experience within a law firm Strong employee relations knowledge Experience advising senior stakeholders and partners Excellent knowledge of UK employment practices Strong communication and influencing skills The ability to manage sensitive and complex matters confidently A practical, commercial approach to HR The role is based in the City of London, with hybrid working available.
