ICT Support & Workplace Administrator (m/f/d) Role: A varied position for a customer- and service-oriented person with technical understanding.
We are looking for an ICT Support & Workplace Administrator who ensures the daily IT operations and competently supports employees with technical queries. In addition to user support, the responsibilities include managing modern workplace systems, Microsoft 365 and end devices . Collaboration with external specialists and support in technical projects complete this diverse field of activity. Responsibilities: Supporting employees with technical questions regarding workplaces, applications and IT systems Receiving, prioritising and resolving faults in hardware and software Maintaining and servicing clients, printers, smartphones and other end devices Administering user access and assisting users in the use of IT solutions Coordinating external IT partners in complex technical problems and projects Monitoring and documenting the IT infrastructure as well as supporting the introduction of new systems Qualifications: Training as an ICT specialist EFZ or comparable technical qualification Practical experience in IT support, help desk or a similar ICT function Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 as well as hardware and software in the workplace environment High degree of independence, structured approach and strong problem-solving skills Communicative and helpful personality with a strong customer and service orientation Very good German and English skills at C1 level ; additional languages are a plus ROCKEN Jobs: https://rocken.jobs Create profile: https://rocken.jobs/application/profil-erstellen/ Workplace Herisau Contact Diego Barth, +41443852145
