Oracle Fusion Specialist — Security, Configuration & OIC Core Responsibilities Design and build custom RBAC frameworks, configure data security policies and SoD controls, and manage user provisioning, role mapping, and identity management Define the end-to-end process for adding, changing, and removing users, roles, and policies Execute and assist with configurations across Fusion modules using FSM and set up and maintain enterprise structures including Ledgers, Business Units, and Organizations Build real-time and batch integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud connecting Oracle Fusion to third-party systems via REST, SOAP, FBDI, and bulk loaders - both inbound and outbound Assess and action the impact of Oracle's quarterly cloud updates Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience — actual configuration and build work, not functional consulting Proven experience with Oracle Fusion security frameworks — RBAC, SoD, and Data Security Policies Strong OIC skills with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade integrations end to end Solid working knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, FBDI, and HDL Good to Have Experience with multi-country or multi-region Oracle Fusion deployments Familiarity with Redwood UI, Page Composer, or Visual Builder Exposure to enterprise systems such as Oracle EBS, SAP, or legacy ERP platforms Oracle Cloud certifications in any relevant module
