An exciting opportunity has arisen to join The Christie NHS Foundation Trust as a Implementation Co-ordinator, playing a key role in one of the most significant workforce transformation programmes currently taking place across the NHS. The successful candidate will support the implementation of the NHS People Portal, the replacement for the current Electronic Staff Record (ESR), and improve the experience of staff and managers across the Trust.

Working within the Workforce Systems and Transformation Team, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of all aspects of the Trust's implementation programme. You will work closely with the Implementation Lead, key stakeholders, managers and system users to ensure the successful deployment of the new system. The role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience of workforce systems, project support, training delivery and stakeholder engagement.

You will act as a subject matter expert for the new system, providing guidance, troubleshooting support and practical solutions to help users adopt new ways of working. A significant element of the role will involve designing and delivering engaging training sessions, developing support materials and ensuring staff have the knowledge required of the new system. This is a varied and rewarding role that will suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and contributing to large-scale organisational change., The Implementation Co-ordinator will support the delivery of the Trust-wide implementation of the NHS People Portal, ensuring project milestones are achieved and stakeholders are engaged throughout the transition from ESR.

Working alongside the Implementation Lead, you will coordinate implementation activities, monitor progress, identify risks and support effective communication across the organisation.You will act as a system administrator and subject matter expert, assisting with system configuration, user access management, data validation and testing activities. The post holder will provide first-line support to managers and staff, investigating and resolving system issues where possible and escalating complex matters appropriately.

You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the system operates effectively and securely.A key responsibility of the role will be the development and delivery of training and user support. You will create and maintain training materials, facilitate workshops and training sessions, coordinate user engagement activities and provide ongoing support to staff as they adapt to new processes and ways of working.

You will monitor training effectiveness, gather feedback and identify additional learning needs to ensure successful system adoption., DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES System Configuration To act as System Administrator for the Future Workforce Solution; maintaining system security and assisting to resolve software and system operational problems as part of the implementation team. To undertake and maintain system configuration; ensuring the accuracy of data within the system reflects data that is held within the current workforce national management system.

To support adequate assigning of relevant professional to ensure system users have the correct level of system access, To configure and maintain the Trusts current work structures and implement any future changes to work structures within the Future Workforce Solution. Technical/Administrative To ensure all new system users have received adequate training and have been issued with appropriate access levels to enable them to fulfil their job roles.

To prepare documentation and training guides for the future workforce solution. To support with any training required or training materials required for system upgrades.
