Design and manage employee incentive schemes that meet client needs and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Develop strategic incentive proposals through cross-functional collaboration, analysis, and due diligence. Prepare clear recommendations and present them to senior stakeholders to secure support for proposed schemes. Stay up to date with legislation and market trends while mentoring junior team members and supporting their development.

You have proven experience in a professional services firm or relevant industry role, ideally focused on employee incentives. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Strong project management skills and the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships. Strong strategic and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Leadership experience, including managing and supporting teams at different levels. Commitment to delivering high-quality work while upholding professional standards. Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and a proactive, adaptable, professional mindset. PwC is seeking an experienced professional to join its Employee Share Plan team. We welcome candidates from accounting, tax, legal, or actuarial backgrounds.

The role involves designing and implementing employee incentive arrangements for listed and privately owned businesses. Strong tax expertise is essential; legal and accounting skills are helpful but not required. Experience in EMI schemes, CSOPs, growth shares, EBTs, and EOTs is preferred.
