Intelligence & Impact Analyst needed in Southwark This is a temporary role and the rate is £24.43ph PAYE   The reference number is:                   OR114595 The successful candidate will demonstrate strong experience working with service managers and stakeholders to gather, interpret and translate business requirements into clear analytical solutions and reporting products. They will bring advanced Power BI capability, including data modelling, automation, dashboard development and the ability to present complex information in a clear, actionable way.

They will have proven experience designing and implementing automated processes using Power Automate to streamline data collection, file transfers and reporting workflows. The role requires someone confident analysing large and complex datasets, identifying trends and producing insight that drives service improvement, performance management and informed decision‑making. They will be an effective communicator with strong project delivery skills, able to work independently, manage competing priorities and collaborate with both technical and non‑technical colleagues.

The successful candidate will lead analytical activity, applying innovative statistical and analytical methods, developing approaches that strengthen the evidence base for transformation and improvement, managing sensitive data ethically, and producing high‑quality performance and insight products using tools such as Excel, Power BI and, where appropriate, specialist analytical software.
