Interior Architect (m/f/d) Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000 Role: On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced individual as an Interior Architect / Interior Designer for the conception and development of high-quality interior architecture projects at home and abroad.
You independently develop spatial, material, colour and design concepts and accompany demanding projects from the initial idea through detailed planning to realisation. In doing so, you combine pronounced design competence with sound technical understanding and precise 3D planning and visualisation . The focus is on exclusive, individually developed interiors with high demands on design, materialisation and execution quality.
Responsibilities: Development and elaboration of sophisticated interior architecture and spatial concepts Design of floor plans, spatial sequences, furnishing and usage concepts Development of material, colour, lighting and surface concepts Creation of draft, project, execution and detail plans Construction and processing of precise 3D models and visualisations to present design concepts Development of individual built-in furniture, furniture and object-specific detailed solutions Selection and specification of high-quality materials, surfaces, lighting, furniture and equipment elements Coordination of interior architecture with architecture, building services, lighting design and other disciplines Coordination with clients, specialist planners, suppliers, manufacturers and executing companies Creation and coordination of detail, working and execution documents Technical and design support during realisation and sampling Ensuring a high level of design, detail and execution quality until project handover Qualifications: Completed studies in interior architecture, architecture or design at FH/university level or equivalent education Several years of professional experience in interior architecture and planning of high-quality fit-out projects Sound knowledge in design, materialisation and constructive detailing Very good skills in 3D modelling and spatial visualisation Confident use of common CAD/3D and design software Experience in execution planning and coordination of individual interior fittings is an advantage Benefits: Attractive training and development opportunities Interesting and varied activities/projects Well-coordinated and dynamic team Market- and performance-based salaries ROCKEN Jobs: https://rocken.jobs Create profile: https://rocken.jobs/application/profil-erstellen/ Workplace Zurich
