Responsibilities: Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements Prepare detailed drawings including layouts, plans, elevations, and sections Create 2D and 3D design presentations and visualizations Prepare mood boards and detailed design proposals in accordance with client requirements and project specifications. Conduct site visits to supervise and monitor interior work progress Advantage / Optional Skills Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and material selection Ensure design implementation meets quality standards and project timelines Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience Proficiency in design software such as: AutoCAD SketchUp Revit 3Ds Max / Lumion Microsoft Office Strong creative, technical, and visualization skills Good communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Remuneration and Benefits: Based on qualifications and experience Accommodation will be provided Food allowance will be provided Visa and medical insurance will be provided Work Place: Batch construction office, Male’ / Hulhumalé.
