Internal Sales Employee (m/f/d) Role: In this role, you will take professional care of customers in internal sales and ensure efficient processing of orders.
You create quotations, process orders, and coordinate appointments and deliveries. Additionally, you maintain the relevant master data and ensure that all information is recorded completely and correctly. You maintain close communication with internal interfaces and contribute to smooth processes through your structured and service-oriented work. As a professional in this field, you bring your experience to continuously optimise workflows and maintain high customer satisfaction.
