M/F 100% | Montreux and Bussigny Responsibilities Organise and coordinate transport, plan and monitor shipments and international dispatches of our projects Prepare and check transport documents and import-export customs formalities Ensure the application of the Incoterms defined for each shipment and compliance with customs procedures Coordinate exchanges with internal departments, carriers, freight forwarders and customs authorities Manage unforeseen events, delays and emergencies by quickly proposing appropriate solutions Profile Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in Commerce or an equivalent qualification, with significant experience at a freight forwarder or in an import-export department Excellent knowledge of Incoterms and import-export customs procedures Autonomous, rigorous and with a strong sense of responsibility, you are resolutely service-oriented Flexible and adaptable, you know how to manage stress, priorities and varied issues effectively With a strong team spirit, you demonstrate diplomacy and ease in relationships with all your contacts Excellent command of French and English; Italian is an asset
