This is a unique opportunity where leadership in patient care, program development, and access to advanced services will have a direct and lasting impact on the community. The successful applicant would: Play a leading role in the growth of a thriving general cardiology practice and interventional service in a region with expanding demand and rapid population growth. Provide independent STEMI call coverage at a full-service community hospital, supported by a dedicated cath lab team.

Candidates should: Be board-certified/eligible in cardiovascular disease and Interventional Cardiology. Have at least 1-2 years of post-fellowship experience in independent PCI/STEMI call coverage. Be comfortable managing a high-volume general cardiology practice, including outpatient visits and noninvasive diagnostics. Collaborate within a highly collegial, team-based environment where communication and shared decision-making are valued.

Desire to live on or near the South Fork or North Fork of Long Island to ensure close proximity (~20-30 minutes) to support timely STEMI call coverage. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: MD, DO or MD/PhD (or foreign equivalent).

Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Board certified/eligible in both Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. Excellence in clinical care and teaching in cardiology (inpatient and outpatient). U.S. work authorization.
