INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY Employment Type: Full-Time Location: USA, Kentucky --- POSITION SUMMARY The organization is seeking a physician to provide interventional radiology services within an established department. The role includes performing a broad range of image‑guided procedures across multiple organ systems, maintaining diagnostic radiology skills if desired, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary radiology team supported by extensive technical staff.
--- QUALIFICATIONS • Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Diagnostic Radiology and/or Interventional Radiology. • Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology. • Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology. • Eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky. • Training or experience in Interventional Radiology. --- COMPETENCIES • Proficiency in performing image‑guided vascular and non‑vascular interventions.
• Skill in conducting fluoroscopic, CT, and ultrasound‑guided procedures. • Ability to collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical support teams. • Effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary staff. • Commitment to maintaining high standards of procedural safety and quality. --- WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT Work Environment: Hospital; Inpatient; Outpatient; Clinic/Private Practice • Interventional radiology practice within an established radiology department.
