Responsibilities Facilitate technical interviews with software developers through Karat's platform Evaluate candidates on fundamental coding skills, technical knowledge, and communication Provide objective input on coding style and approach to mitigate bias Collaborate with Karat to test interview content, processes, and products Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting technical interviews focusing on data structures and algorithms
