Job Vacancy: INVENTORY CONTROLLER AUDITOR Employer/Company: Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City / Sultan Abdulaziz Al Saud Foundation DMW Accreditation No.: 110188589 Job Location: Saudi Arabia Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City is seeking a qualified and experienced Inventory Controller Auditor to support inventory control, auditing, financial accuracy, and supply chain operations within a healthcare environment in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will monitor inventory records, conduct audits, identify discrepancies, and help ensure that inventory and related financial processes comply with established policies and procedures. INVENTORY CONTROLLER AUDITOR Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, Health Information Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: hospital inventory control, revenue cycle management, internal audit, healthcare finance, or supply chain auditing. Experience in inventory control and auditing within a hospital or healthcare environment is an advantage. Strong understanding of inventory management, reconciliation, auditing, and internal control principles.

Ability to conduct physical inventory counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Good knowledge of financial and inventory documentation and record-keeping procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to identify control weaknesses, discrepancies, and potential areas of operational improvement. Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple audit and inventory-related tasks.

Strong communication and coordination skills when working with finance, warehouse, procurement, clinical, and supply chain teams. Ability to maintain accurate reports and confidential records. Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a professional healthcare team. Responsibilities: Monitor and audit inventory records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.

Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile results with system records. Investigate discrepancies between physical stock, inventory systems, and supporting documentation. Review inventory transactions, adjustments, transfers, receipts, issues, and returns for accuracy. Assist in maintaining effective inventory control procedures within hospital and healthcare operations. Review inventory movements and identify unusual transactions, variances, or potential control weaknesses.

Conduct internal audits of inventory and related supply chain processes. Prepare audit findings, discrepancy reports, and recommendations for corrective action. Verify that inventory transactions are properly authorized and supported by appropriate documentation. Monitor stock levels, inventory usage, and movement to help minimize shortages, overstocking, and unnecessary losses. Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, finance, clinical, and other relevant departments to resolve inventory discrepancies.

Review inventory-related financial records and assist with reconciliation activities. Support revenue cycle and healthcare finance processes where inventory and financial controls are involved.
