IT Associate

Company Overview: A leading global merchant bank with over $3.8 billion in assets under management, focuses on advisory and growth private equity investing in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors. The firm is seeking a highly motivated IT Associate to join its Information Technology team in New York City. Job Responsibilities: Provision and manage end-user accounts (e.g., Microsoft, Zoom, Adobe) Provide in-person or remote end-user support, including workstation setup and troubleshooting Assist with IT needs for employee onboarding and offboarding Monitor email security gateway and manage email policies Engage in low-code/no-code development and workflow management Coordinate with local IT vendors to resolve issues and implement new solutions Ensure systems security and respond to security situations Respond to and remediate network issues Work after hours/weekends to support users/projects in other time zones as needed Qualifications: 4-year degree from an accredited educational institution preferred 2-4 years of IT experience, preferably in financial services or a regulated sector Proficiency in network administration and security, including Fortinet stack, Meraki, and HP Aruba Systems administration skills, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and SharePoint Experience with virtualization, identity management, and MFA/SAML integrations Preferred skills include A/V experience, network engineering, automation, and scripting Compensation: Pay Rate: $35 - $45/hr
