The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile business analysis, complex system integrations, APIs, and order management and a proven ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and partner across teams to deliver scalable solutions.Responsibilities:Lead requirements elicitation, process analysis, and backlog refinement for Merchant capabilities and strategic initiatives.Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.Analyze system interactions, data flows, APIs, and cross-application dependencies across upstream and downstream systems.Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and issue resolution across product, architecture, development, QA, and business teams.Perform impact assessments and coordinate requirements across multiple integrated applications, prioritizing order management use cases.Support delivery planning, testing strategy, release readiness, and operational improvements.Create process flows, data mappings, and integration diagrams to communicate end-to-end solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.7+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting technology delivery initiatives.Proficiency with Agile practices including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, grooming, and daily standups using Jira or similar tools.Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and cross-application dependencies.Experience with REST/JSON and SOAP integrations and data mapping, preferably in order management domains.Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements and perform impact assessments across multiple applications.Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment; proficiency with Microsoft Office.Preferred Skills:Experience with Merchant, Payments, Digital Commerce, Rewards, Offers, Marketing, or Customer Engagement platforms.Familiarity with API-driven architectures and microservices environments; SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar digital experience platforms.Banking or financial services experience; SAFe Agile experience or relevant Agile certifications.Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications with more than four integration points.Core Competencies:Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; source-to-target data mapping.Facilitation of workshops, requirements sessions, and cross-functional discussions.Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and release management practices; effective partnership with product owners, developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.Candidate Profile Preferences:Self-driven with the ability to learn independently and navigate ambiguity.Science or engineering academic background or corresponding experience.Tenure of 3+ years at prior employers to build subject matter expertise.Interview and Work Arrangement Details:Start month: Oct/Nov.
