Schedule & Practice Model Monday–Friday day shifts No call, no weekends Single-site practice (no travel between facilities) Employed, nonprofit health system PSLF eligible Immigration Support J-1 sponsorship available (2027) H-1B candidates welcome Compensation & Incentives Base salary range: $510,941 – $599,486 Productivity incentive: No cap Sign-on bonus: $100,000 CME stipend and CME days Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Final compensation is determined by experience, training, and market factors and may include incentive-based compensation.
