J-1 / H-1B Eligible OB/GYN Opportunity – Western New York Position Overview RecruitWell is partnering with an integrated, nonprofit health system in Jamestown to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN for a full-time, permanent position. This is a well-supported role within a modern hospital offering comprehensive women’s health services and strong clinical volume. Practice Highlights Join a collaborative team of: 6 OB/GYN physicians 6 Advanced Practice Providers 2 dedicated Laborists Scope of Practice: Full-spectrum “bread and butter” OB/GYN Obstetrics with call Deliveries and prenatal care Gynecology with dedicated OR block time Volume: Approximately 700 births per year Call Structure: First-call system with designated backup for balanced coverage Technology: Access to DaVinci robotic surgery for minimally invasive gynecologic procedures Facilities: Dedicated OR suite on Labor & Delivery within a new, state-of-the-art hospital Integrated midwife program with close physician collaboration Employed, nonprofit health system PSLF eligible New graduates and experienced physicians welcome Immigration Support J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available Compensation & Incentives Base salary range: $390,000 – $406,666 Sign-on bonus: $50,000 (clinical details section) / $75,000 (organization section) wRVU-based productivity incentives Additional productivity incentive opportunities Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and training Final compensation may include incentive-based earnings and is determined by experience, expertise, and market factors.
