North Central Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Minot, ND area. As a Registered Nurse within the psychiatric unit at the Behavioral Health Clinic, you will use the full scope of mental health and substance use treatment services – assessment, diagnosis, treatment, behavioral health medication management, and patient education to create and manage individualized treatment plans.

Registered Nurses within the psychiatric unit work collaboratively as part of an integrated team service model. To thrive in this position, you must be committed to the behavioral health specialty with a willingness to research new treatment options, to partner with patients at their level and to consider solutions that maximize the patients’ opportunities for success. To be considered for the Registered Nurse position, you will be required to have a licensure as a Registered Nurse by the North Dakota Board of Nursing and one year of work experience as an RN.

If unable to find qualified candidates, will consider applicants licensed as a Registered Nurse by the North Dakota Board of Nursing. This position requires a valid driver’s license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation. Location ND HHS utilizes a blended workplace model. This position provides essential client services face to face and therefore the person in this position will provide services in the office and needs to be able to travel to meet clients at their location.
