Junior IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior IT Support Engineer to join our growing technical team. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line and second-line IT support to business clients. Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Assist with server administration and maintenance. Support network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPN solutions. Monitor and maintain backup and cybersecurity systems. Participate in IT projects, system migrations, and cloud deployments.

Document technical procedures and client environments. Provide both remote and on-site support when required. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware. Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Passion for technology and willingness to learn.

Valid driving licence. Previous IT experience will be considered an advantage but is not essential. What We Offer Competitive salary package.
