Flourish Education is recruiting a Key Stage 1 Teacher for a Primary School in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a full-time role starting in September and continuing for the full academic year. This Year 1 Teacher position is ideal for a passionate teacher, who can deliver high-quality teaching and who has a strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum. This is a full-class teaching role that includes responsibility for planning, preparation, assessment, and classroom management.
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply. This school ensures every child is known and valued. Required Skills and Experience for this Key Stage 1 Teacher role Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A flexible and proactive approach to teaching. Working for Flourish Education as a Key Stage 1 Teacher you will receive: Pay: £168.80 to £232.57 day rate which equates to £32,916 per annum to £45,351 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (dependent on experience) Holiday Pay – 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot Pension Contributions Free KCSIE compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training inclusive of modules relating to legislation, FGM and abuse Refer a friend bonus scheme Regular contact throughout the registration process and once you are at work This Key Stage 1 Teacher opportunity is in Stratford-upon-Avon, which is easily commutable from Warwick, Leamington Spa, Alcester, Henley-in-Arden, Wellesbourne and the surrounding areas.
