Role: Medical IT needs more than functioning software: We are looking for a technically strong personality who understands complex KIS landscapes, further develops applications, and reliably connects digital processes. An exciting task for IT specialists who want to take responsibility for business-critical systems and actively shape modern healthcare IT.

Responsibilities: Technical responsibility for central clinical applications and their reliable operation Analysis, further development, and optimisation of a complex KIS system landscape Support and technical consulting around clinical applications, interfaces, and system components Analysis of requirements from medicine, nursing, administration, and other specialist areas Translation of specialist requirements into technical solution concepts Planning and implementation of integrations between KIS, peripheral systems, and other healthcare applications Working with modern interface technologies and interoperable data formats Analysis of system errors, performance issues, and complex fault patterns Coordination of technical changes, releases, and application updates Support of projects for the introduction and further development of digital healthcare solutions Collaboration with software manufacturers, IT specialists, and internal stakeholders Optimisation of workflows and automation of recurring processes Creation of technical concepts, system documentation, and decision bases Continuous further development of the application architecture with a view to cloud, integration, and automation Qualifications: Higher education or degree in computer science, business informatics, medical informatics, or a comparable technical field Professional experience in application management, IT consulting, or support of complex business applications Ideally experience with KIS, healthcare IT, or clinical information systems Strong understanding of interfaces, system architectures, and data flows Experience with APIs, web services, SQL, or comparable integration technologies Analytical thinking and enjoyment in solving complex technical issues Ability to communicate technical matters understandably with different stakeholder groups Independent and structured working style High sense of responsibility for business-critical applications Interest in modern technologies and digital transformation in healthcare Benefits: Flexible working hours Good transport connections and accessibility Contribution to or takeover of publi
