Job Requirements Clean and sanitize all workstations utilizing appropriate techniquesSet up sinks according to HAACP and department policiesPut away deliveries in appropriate areas in a timely mannerProperly date all food in designated areas. Follow proper dating, temperature adherence and food safety procedures.Pull and empty trash containers throughout the shiftDistributes supplies, utensils, and equipment needed by kitchen staffMaintain all coolers and walk-ins for cleanliness and organization of productsMake sure all recycling vessels are utilized correctly, and dumpster area maintained according to department guidelinesSet all sanitizer and soap buckets on workstations throughout kitchenProper use of automatic chemical dispenser to obtain cleaning products for kitchen and retain areasAssures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirementsPerforms other duties and functions as assignedWork Experience 1-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred: High School Diploma/GEDBenefits CompensationPay Range: $17.00 - $22.31Other Compensation (if applicable): Shift Differential
