Kitchen Porter IMMEDIATE START - Sweet Jerk - Bromley

This role is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly. You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting the chefs, and making sure everything behind the scenes stays organised and efficient. It's fast-paced, hands-on work - but you'll be part of a supportive team and play a key role in delivering great food and service. Key Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment quickly and safely.

Keep the kitchen clean and organised at all times. Maintain high hygiene standards across all back-of-house areas. Assist with basic food prep when required. Take in and store deliveries correctly. Support the chefs during busy service periods. Follow food safety and cleaning procedures consistently. We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Kitchen Porter to join our team at Sweet Jerk., Reliable and punctual.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude. Willing to learn and take direction. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided.
