KYC Team Lead

Senior KYC & Client Onboarding Lead Dublin | Hybrid | Permanent A leading international financial services organisation is looking for an experienced KYC / Client Onboarding leader to head up a specialist team supporting a sophisticated institutional client base. This is a highly visible, client-facing role with responsibility for delivering a premium onboarding service, managing complex KYC pipelines and driving continuous improvement across the function.

The opportunity Lead and develop a high-performing team of KYC and onboarding professionals Own the end-to-end onboarding pipeline, ensuring a fast, efficient and client-focused service Build strong relationships with senior clients and internal stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Credit and Front Office Develop MI, dashboards and performance reporting for senior management Identify process and policy improvements and drive their implementation Manage escalations and ensure complex onboarding issues are resolved quickly Work within a specialist environment supporting international aviation and structured finance clients What we’re looking for Strong experience across KYC, AML, client onboarding or due diligence Proven people leadership experience Excellent stakeholder and client management skills Comfortable presenting performance and issues to senior management Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment A genuine focus on client service and operational improvement Aviation, structured finance or financial services experience would be advantageous What’s on offer?
