Availability Requirements: Monday - Friday between 6am - 4pm for a 4-8 hour shift Minimum of 24 hours per week *Scheduled hours and days will vary based on business volumes. The season end date is January 9, 2027. In this on-site role at our Sumner Contact Center, you will be working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and are adept at conducting online research to find positive solutions. Bring your passion and expertise Enjoy building relationships, inside and outside the organization. Communicate clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrate critical thinking by evaluating information from multiple software systems to solve customer issues. Use de-escalation techniques, creativity, and effective problem-solving. Previous experience in retail and/or customer service call center preferred. Apply your passion for the outdoors, REI products, and gear to serve our customers effectively.
