Responsibilities Own the design and implementation of the Intune and Autopilot environment end-to-end Build Autopilot provisioning workflows for zero-touch deployment Create layered configuration profile structures in Intune Design and own application deployment using the Win32 packaging model Build Proactive Remediations to detect and auto-fix common problems Work with IT Security to implement compliance policies and Conditional Access rules Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and Power Automate flows Train and mentor deskside and help desk staff on Intune operations Requirements 8+ years in enterprise IT 4-5 years experience with Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Windows Update for Business Strong production-level PowerShell skills Experience packaging Win32 applications for Intune Experience in regulated industries such as pharma, biotech, or medical devices Experience documenting and writing runbooks Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) Experience migrating from SCCM/MECM to Intune Familiarity with M365 E3/E5 licensing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering About the Company Iovance Biotherapeutics is a global leader in innovating, developing and delivering tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy for people with cancer.
