Lead Infrastructure Engineer (Backup & Storage) - 10k

About the job: Direct the operational management and continuous evolution of enterprise backup, storage, and disaster recovery architectures supporting mission-critical digital systems. Oversee enterprise-level backup and recovery environments, leveraging Commvault Backup & Recovery, Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliances, and Oracle database protection via RMAN and ZDLRA. Lead cyber recovery, ransomware mitigation, and disaster recovery execution strategies to maintain robust data resilience and business continuity.

Administer enterprise storage infrastructure end-to-end, covering capacity planning, performance optimization, resource provisioning, replication, and lifecycle management. Drive major incident response, conduct detailed root cause analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to automate and modernize core systems. Skills and experience required: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in enterprise infrastructure, with deep, hands-on expertise in enterprise backup & recovery, storage & replication, as well as disaster recovery and infrastructure resilience.
