Description OCI is growing alongside Oracle’s expanding AI data center portfolio, creating the need for program leaders who can bring structure, visibility, and disciplined execution to fast-moving work. We’re looking for a Program Manager who can organize complex initiatives, align diverse stakeholders, and move high-priority programs from planning through delivery. In this role, you’ll manage strategic program delivery across business, operations, and community-facing workstreams.

You’ll translate organizational priorities into clear plans, ownership models, milestones, and outcomes while ensuring work flows into central planning, reporting, prioritization, spend tracking, and leadership visibility. You will partner across Oracle stakeholders to establish program structure, manage dependencies, track commitments and spend, and maintain visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and follow-through.

Your work will help the organization scale high-impact programs that support Oracle’s broader AI data center expansion. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, untangles complex problems, and turns high-priority ideas into measurable results. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Technical Program Leadership & Execution: Manage technically complex programs from initiation through implementation, establishing program structure, milestones, dependencies, ownership, and accountability across multiple technical and business teams.

Implementation Planning: Translate technical and business priorities into clear implementation plans, milestones, deliverables, decision points, and execution roadmaps. Dependency & Risk Management: Identify, track, and manage dependencies, blockers, risks, and escalation paths across interconnected workstreams. Technical Stakeholder Coordination: Partner across technical, operations, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to align priorities, resolve execution challenges, and maintain momentum.

Program Visibility & Reporting: Develop clear reporting mechanisms and recurring updates that give leadership visibility into program status, risks, blockers, decisions, and delivery timelines. Process & Delivery Improvement: Develop tools, playbooks, and repeatable delivery practices that improve execution across technical and operational programs. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience leading technically complex programs from planning through execution. Strong technical program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing dependencies, risks, implementation plans, and cross-functional technical workstreams. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including experience communicating with technical and senior leadership audiences.

Ability to effectively collaborate with and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple organizations. Experience supporting infrastructure, security, data center, cloud, physical security, or operational technology programs is a plus. Qualifications Disclaimer: Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.
