We are recruiting for a Lead Resus Officer who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best Peopleand has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff., To lead the running of the resuscitation service ensuring the service meets the needs of user in line with the Resus council standards. Support the Trust Deteriorating patient workstream Co-ordinate the Trust wide training of medical, nursing & other staff in adult, paediatric, neonatal and trauma resuscitation at the appropriate level To liaise with internal and external educational bodies to organise training for specific groups (Postgraduate Doctors in training, undergraduate medical students, student nurses, CSW's, AHPs) Our values are Bold, Every Person Counts, Sharing and Open and Together.
