Be responsible for serving as the primary technical lead for complex platform enhancements and initiatives. Be responsible for providing technical direction, establishing standards, and enforcing code quality guidelines.
Be responsible for conducting architecture, design, and code reviews. Be responsible for mentoring developers and supporting team capability growth. Be responsible for independently analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable solutions. Be responsible for developing and maintaining custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation. Be responsible for configuring and customizing ServiceNow using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Service Portal, and Agent Workspace.
Be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-grade integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub). Be responsible for supporting production incident resolution and root cause analysis. Be responsible for ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture and ServiceNow best practices. Be responsible for following security, audit, compliance, and change management processes. Be responsible for contributing to documentation, knowledge management, and operational excellence.
This is a full time, Contract opportunity.The ideal candidate will have: 10+ years of software development experience. 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. Strong experience working independently with globally distributed teams. Own technical delivery from requirements through deployment. Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow solutions: CSM, ITSM, SecOps, Mobile. Exposure to Generative AI, ServiceNow AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent. Enterprise-scale platform governance. ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator). CAD (Certified Application Developer). CIS - ITSM, CIS - CSM, ServiceNow CTA journey candidate. Pay Rate: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour.
