What you'll do You'll play a crucial role in supporting the Learning Designer by administering production and delivery processes, managing learning content, testing learning objects for inclusivity and accessibility, and updating existing content.
You will collaborate closely with the learning technology team to ensure smooth LMS administrative processes and provide technical guidance for learning solution development. Your responsibilities will include managing third-party content, updating content based on stakeholder requests, maintaining accurate file storage, and leading content reviews to support continuous improvement and evaluation metrics.
Your excellent organisational skills, knowledge of Learning Management Systems, and ability to build productive relationships across teams will be key in ensuring the smooth operation and effective delivery of learning solutions within the organisation. With your experience in testing and uploading SCORM content, coupled with your proficiency in project management and prioritisation, you ensure the smooth production and delivery of learning solutions.
