This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the learning design agenda within a lean and agile team environment. For at least the first 12 months, you will be the primary Learning Designer, giving you the chance to have a significant impact on how learning solutions are created, prioritised and delivered across the business. Working collaboratively with stakeholders and leveraging your creativity and instructional design expertise, you will play a key role in developing impactful learning content that enhances the skills and knowledge of our colleagues.

What you'll do As a Learning Designer at Argos, you will be responsible for designing and producing exceptional blended learning solutions that promote continuous performance support and ongoing learning through a 70/20/10 approach.
Operating within a lean team structure, you will take ownership of the full learning design lifecycle, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will collaborate with learning architects and stakeholders to translate learning architecture into engaging learning experiences, applying instructional design methodologies and creative learning techniques to develop pedagogically sound content for digital and face-to-face learning solutions.
Using tools such as Articulate Rise, Elucidat, Evolve and Storyline, you will create inclusive and accessible learning experiences while independently managing multiple projects and priorities. You will be comfortable working with ambiguity, proactively identifying opportunities, influencing stakeholders and driving learning solutions forward with minimal supervision. Through user-centric design principles, stakeholder engagement and continuous feedback loops, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering innovative learning experiences for colleagues across the organisation.
