What are we looking for? Most importantly, we're looking for people who are patient, compassionate and genuinely passionate about supporting others.You'll ideally have: Experience working with young people or adults in an educational, training, care or support environment.An understanding of SEND and additional learning needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A patient, caring and encouraging approach.The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths, or equivalent.
