Description ParkVista Apartments is currently seeking for a Leasing Agent at our apartment community in San Antonio, TX. This position offers an Hourly Base pay Commission pay ($250 per lease) Essential Functions: Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed Requirements Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon Spanish-speaking is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous leasing or property management experience preferred Benefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
