As our Lecturer in Motor Vehicle, you will: · Deliver engaging, practical and inspiring teaching across Entry Level to Level 3 Motor Vehicle and Motorsport programmes. · Prepare learners for successful careers by developing their technical knowledge, practical competence and professional behaviours. · Plan, assess and monitor learner progress, providing high-quality feedback that enables every student to achieve their potential.

· Work collaboratively with colleagues and employers to maintain an industry-relevant curriculum that reflects current automotive technologies and employer needs. · Build strong links with leading employers, providing students with valuable industry placements, enrichment opportunities and clear progression routes. · Be trusted to bring your industry expertise into the classroom, helping shape the next generation of automotive professionals. · A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Motor Vehicle, Automotive Engineering or a closely related discipline. · Current or recent industry experience within the automotive, motorsport or vehicle maintenance sector.

· A passion for developing people, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. · Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, together with a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching, learning and student outcomes. · Teachers' Pension Scheme, with the Group contributing 28.68% of your actual pensionable pay. · 40 days annual leave entitlement, plus bank holidays and college closure days over the Christmas period which are not deducted from annual leave entitlement.
