We are looking for a Swiss qualified Lawyer to join the legal team of an Asset Manager for 6 months. Legal Counsel 6 months About the job: Advising on corporate law and governance matters for the asset manager and its entities Providing legal support on treasury activities and transactions Advising on capital markets-related matters , documentation and transactions Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial and financial agreements Supporting internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters relevant to their activities Working closely with internal teams, including Treasury, Finance, Compliance and senior management Coordinating with external counsel where required Identifying legal risks and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice About the candidate: Swiss-qualified lawyer with approximately 5+ years of post-qualification experience Solid experience in capital markets and corporate law Previous experience in asset management, banking, financial services or a comparable environment is highly desirable Experience with treasury matters is an advantage Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-oriented Fluent English is essential; German is preferred Available for a 6-month temporary contract to cover a maternity leave
