Legal PA – Manchester Location: Manchester Working pattern: Hybrid We are supporting a leading international law firm with the recruitment of an experienced Legal PA to join its Manchester office. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and highly organised PA who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional services environment and supporting busy fee earners. The role You will provide high-quality PA and administrative support, helping lawyers manage their workload effectively and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities may include: Diary and meeting management Coordinating travel and preparing itineraries Managing emails, correspondence and documents Preparing and formatting legal documents and presentations Organising meetings and assisting with client-related administration Time recording, billing and expense support Opening and maintaining client and matter files Liaising with clients and internal teams Supporting wider team administration when required About you We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with: Previous PA, Legal PA or Legal Secretary experience Experience within a law firm or professional services environment Strong organisational and diary management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Good Microsoft Office skills The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines A professional, proactive and team-focused approach If you are interested, please apply and submit your CV .
