As a Legal Secretary, you'll provide vital administrative support to our Family Law team, helping deliver a great client experience. From booking appointments and managing billing to preparing bundles and briefs, you'll help keep cases running smoothly. You'll work exclusively on privately funded family law matters, supporting colleagues to provide expert guidance to clients during important moments in their lives.
What you'll do Assist the solicitors with their cases Be the first point of contact for incoming client phone calls Liaise with external partners Prepare trial bundles and briefs for counsel Take responsibility for the family law team post and manage any outgoing correspondence Be responsible for billing clients and processing customer payments, as well as raising invoices for any external services used Organise the storage of family law files accurately recording all data Complete some dictation and typing work We're looking for a Legal Secretary to join our Family Law team at Co-op Legal Services.
