Leisure Club Manager - Preston, Lancashire Are you a passionate leisure professional ready to  lead a team, drive performance and create exceptional experiences ? We’re looking for a  Leisure Club Manager  to take ownership of our leisure operation at Delta Hotels by Marriott Preston. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for inspiring your team, delivering outstanding member and guest experiences, and ensuring the club operates safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

You’ll play a key role in: Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing leisure team Driving membership growth, engagement and retention Overseeing the day-to-day running of our gym, pool and studio facilities Championing health, safety, compliance and exceptional cleanliness standards Supporting commercial performance, promotions and local community initiatives Ensuring our members and hotel guests receive a consistently excellent experience We’re looking for someone who is  confident, commercially aware and passionate about people and service  — someone who takes ownership, leads by example and thrives in a busy leisure environment.
